Broadway Bound: The Musicals That Never Came to Broadway offers a behind the scenes look at the musicals that were supposed to come to Broadway but never did…told by the actors, writers, and directors who were there!

From producers with no money, to actors who wouldn’t go on, to shows that were way ahead of their time, Broadway Bound will introduce New York audiences to the shows that were supposed to find a home on the Great White Way, all sung by an all star Broadway cast.

The concert will be co-hosted by the host of the podcast Behind The Curtain: Broadway’s Living Legends, Robert W. Schneider.

“What Is This Thing Called Love?” is a show dedicated to the intricacies and journey from beginning to end of love and self-love. For one evening only, Wyatt Sepa-Newell will share his favorite love songs with inspirations stemming from Barbra Streisand, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Chet Baker, and more. Come on a sentimental journey to finding the love in and around yourself.

A live band, special guests, and festive cheer galore. You will hear Holiday Classics, an Epic Diva Christmas Mashup, and a medley of songs you grew up loving for the holidays. (There may even be an appearance by the man with the bag! Who knows?) Robert will also be celebrating his first Holiday single, a cover of the classic, "Don't Save It All For Christmas Day." A regular guest on concert stages around Manhattan, Jonathan’s debut show – like his life – is a carefully curated evening of chaos, exploring his journey from waiting for a cease and desist from Patti LuPone to becoming her colleague. Second Rate Somebody promises to be a night of unhinged musical theatre deep cuts, laughter, and a maybe even a touching ballad or two. Multiple Tony Award-watcher Paula Galloway makes her 54 Below debut in Against Type. Regularly described as both “too much” or “not enough,” Galloway is celebrating the accidents that have made her life whole—from falling in love and stumbling into motherhood to finally, purposely, stepping into the spotlight. After COVID cancelled his first attempt, he is thrilled to finally be making his New York solo show debut. Travel to summer 1997, crack open a Surge and take a journey of loss and discovery with the songs Sean typically belts out in his own home.
